We received the best Christmas present imaginable when it was announced that Ryan Matterson had joined Heroes With Ability as an ambassador. The announcement was made at a recent day-clinic at the Michael Clarke Recreation Centre in Carnes Hill.
Ryan is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who has signed for the Parramatta Eels in the NRL. He previously played for the Sydney Roosters, with whom he won the 2018 NRL Grand Final, and the Wests Tigers. He has also played for the City Origin side.
Ryan recently posted the following on his Instagram account:
"I am extremely honoured to announce that I am officially an ambassador of Heroes With Ability,
thank you to everyone involved."
We welcome Ryan and thank him for both helping us run the clinics, and for joining us as an ambassador. We look forward to seeing him in our colours too!
